Finally, I'm back!! J and I had the most amazing, whirlwind of a trip! We were only in Europe for a week, but I feel like it was a month. Everything we saw, every country we visited, every meal we ate - it was all beautiful. I feel like we did SO much in such a short amount of time. Between the busy schedule and the jet lag, we maybe slept 20 hours the entire week we were away, but it was totally worth it. When traveling, I always have the mentality of 'who needs sleep?' and I try to soak up every second of wherever I am. Which is usually why I need a full day or two to recover once I'm back home! Traveling is just such a special thing and I'm always so grateful for the experience, so I want it all - to be present, to see and do as much as I can, and to take in every single moment. Europe was no different and I was so thankful to have J by my side. We captured some amazing content, some of which we've already shared on instagram and more to come, so stay tuned!
Right before NYC and Europe, I took off to Charleston with 3 of my best friends for one of my favorite things in the world - a country music concert. {Insert praise hands} Before we all arrived and the evening began, I snuck in a little shoot time with my favorite boss-babe, Carrie Elizabeth for a fun shoot by the water. The weather was perfect, the beach was empty, and the clothes eventually came off. This swimsuit is my absolute favorite - it's so classic, so chic, and so flattering! Also, can we talk about the first Dior piece I've ever owned? I scored this vintage gem from NYC and I'm in love!!
I hope you're all having a great week so far! We have a ton of rain on the horizon for this week, but as soon as it passes, J and I are going to shoot some amazing content around the house for you! Gardening, entertaining, and finally - the official home tour! SO happy to be home and can't wait to share more of the lovely cottage with you!
