You all know how much I love a neutral look and this one is absolute perfect.  So many of my favorite, classic colors + a pop of leopard.  I've always loved a blouse with a bow - it's just so feminine and chic.  (Mine is marked down to less than $40!)  And this blazer can be worn so many different ways: with boyfriend jeans, a pencil skirt or all white underneath!  So versatile and definitely a closet staple!
