I’m not quite sure what has come over me the last couple of weeks, but I’ve been gravitating towards color constantly!! Don’t get me wrong, I still love my basic neutrals, but there’s just something about warm weather that has me craving fun, bright colors. This dress is so, so perfect in every way. I love the pencil skirt bottom, the peplum flare and the racerback style to finish off the look. A lot of times, Spring + Summer dresses are so cute for a causal, day look, but this one is perfect for those warm evening weddings, garden parties + showers (and if you’re anything like me, you’re going to a ton of those this season!!). I actually just purchased these bright pink shoes + pink lipstick, too – I can’t get enough!! #hotpinkobsessed
I hope you all had a lovely weekend! We stayed in town this weekend and did a little Spring cleaning. If you follow me on snapchat (@meganrunionmcr), you probably noticed my ginormous pile of hangers that I cleaned out of my closet! I took 3 large trash bags to Goodwill (+ made a few piles for my girlfriends) and it felt so great freshen everything up! We actually had a bit of a cold front come through this weekend, but it was still sunny and beautiful. I am LOVING these longer days + warmer nights and couldn’t be happier that it’s officially Spring!!
