During the holidays, I love getting a head start on outfit planning for Christmas parties and festive get-togethers. This outfit is so perfect for a casual, yet comfortable Christmastime gathering and one of my favorite things I’ve styled for the holidays so far. I mean, is there anything better than a mini skirt with a gold, sequin stripe + a flannel shirt? Not in my opinion. When I spotted these two pieces on opposite sides of the store while shopping in J.Crew a few weeks ago, I knew the complementing colors would pair really well. (Although my mom thought I was a little crazy, to be honest!) I love throwing together mismatched pieces that together make the perfect outfit.
