HOLIDAY SHOPPING WITH BLUEMERCURY

Over the last few years, I've become so skincare obsessed.  My mom instilled in my early on how important it is, but it wasn't until I was around 23-24 that I really started to understand.  Product by product, I started creating a routine and tweaking what worked and what didn't.

As most of you know, I'm crazy about all things La Mer.  I was introduced to the line a couple of years ago and haven't looked back since.  It's by far one of the best products I spend money on each month because it makes such a difference in my skin.  I'm so happy that La Mer is finally available in Greenville now that we have our very own BM!  My favorite product of all has to be the OG moisturizer - Crème de la Mer.  I have extremely dry skin all year long, but especially during colder months, and it is by far the best moisturizer I have ever used.  It's even better when paired with a few other La Mer favorites like the Renewal Oil and the Eye Expression Cream.  The newest La Mer product I'm using was recommended by a Bluemercury associate and so far I'm loving it.  It's also great for dry skin and feels like silk when applying!  Lastly, I cannot not talk about these M-61 Power Glow Peels.  I was introduced to these by one of my girlfriends who swore by them for dry skin.  Before she even finished telling me about them, I was on the BM website ordering them.  These little, exfoliation wipes are miracle workers!!  I use about 2-3 a week, after removing my make up and before applying product and they are game changers.  Even if your skin isn't dry, you may not have to use them as often as I do, but there's something about getting all of the dead, dry skin off your face that feels so refreshing and clean.  Even J uses them every week now!  Also, M-61 is a Bluemercury exclusive line (along with Lune + Aster), so you can only find these magical wipes HERE and in-store!

As far as haircare goes, my two favorites from Bluemercury are Oribe and R+Co.  I've used both for a while now and constantly reorder them.  Being a blogger, I am so fortunate to receive so many amazing brands to try and review, but the ones that I consistently purchase while having others at my fingertips speak for themselves.  After drying my hair, I use both of these products, and then curl.  The Death Valley Dry Shampoo gives my roots so much volume and I use this product on a daily basis.  Even if I haven't washed my hair, it soaks up any and every bit of oil and keeps my hair looking fresh all day long.  The Dry Texturizing Spray is a product I've used for years now and absolutely love.  It gives my hair texture, adds thickness, and instant body.  Not to mention the smell is amazing!  Every day when I use this, I hear J take a deep breath in because he loves the smell of it so much.
