TGIF, babes - 

We officially made it to the weekend!  I had SO much to catch up on this week after being in Chicago and I finally feel like my life is together - well, a little bit anyways.  The house is clean, we're hosting friends over for dinner tonight, and homemade soup is in the crockpot!  I'm going to go ahead and consider all of that a win. :) I wore this casual, comfortable look while we were in Chicago last week and this sweater is seriously my favorite.  I would actually be embarrassed to tell you how many times I actually wore it while we were there, but it's SO easy to throw on, while still looking chic.  I love the color, too - bordeaux is always one of my favorites for Fall!

What are you guys up to this weekend?  It's supposed to be really rainy and nasty here, as we get a little of the backlash from Hurricane Matthew that is hitting the coast really hard this weekend.  To any of you who are preparing or going through it right now, our thoughts and prayers are with you!!  We're going to head north this weekend for a bit and see some of our family in NC, so hopefully we'll be able to escape some of the rain/wind.  I hope you all have a great weekend and stay safe!
