Casual Style in Summer Basics | Charleston, SC

It may sound a little odd, but one rule I've always lived by is either covering my arms or my legs.  If I'm wearing short shorts, I like to wear something with sleeves, or if I'm wearing something with that's sleeveless or strapless, I typically always have my legs covered.  It just makes me feel more comfortable and this is one look that I constantly gravitate towards for Spring/Summer.  There's nothing I love more than a cozy tee, so when I found this light gray one, I knew it would be the perfect top for road tripping.  Not to mention that I'm always a sucker if something feels soft and cozy.  I can literally NEVER turn it down!  

I've wanted a Goyard tote for a couple of years now, so I decided to invest in one as my birthday present to myself.  (Please tell me y'all do that, too!)  It's such a staple piece and I'm so glad I finally got my hands on the perfect one!  A large tote is so perfect for traveling!  (I also have & love THIS one!)
