I love a good, edgy outfit.  When I picked out this super comfortable maxi dress from Kiki La Rue, I tried to figure out if I wanted to play up the ruffle and make it super feminine or add a few black accessories + a leather jacket and keep it edgy.  Most of the time, feminine always wins, so I decided to switch things up a bit.  

We had a few grey clouds in Greenville over the weekend so I'm really hoping for nothing but beautiful sunshine for the 4th.  We're headed to Charleston for a little sailing + holiday festivities, so the weekend can't get here soon enough.  Cheers to a short week!
