THE BABY BRANDS WE’RE GOING WITH FOR THE BIG THINGS

BÈBÈ

When it was time to create a baby registry, things like clothes, swaddles + blankets, and accessories were the easy part.  I knew of a handful of brands I already loved, or were recommended by my closest friends, and finding neutral pieces I loved was a no-brainer.  However, when it comes to the big stuff – like a crib, stroller + car seat, highchair, a monitor, and even bottles – how do you know which brand to turn to?  One thing I learned early on is that everyone has a different opinion on what’s the best and what worked for them.  Every baby is different, and that plays a lot into decision making, so J and I wanted to do our own research on what we hope will work best for us.  Again, this is most likely opinion based as well, but I thought it might be helpful to give you a list of brands we’ve researched and trust to keep bèbè girl safe once she arrives.

Crib + Changing Table: Serena & Lily

Highchair: Stokke – grows with your little for years.

Car Seat + Stroller: Maxi Cosi – safe, won’t break the bank as much as other brands and so comfortable for the baby.

Crib Mattress: Newton {use code MeganR for $50 off} – breathable + washable.

Monitor: Miku – tracks temperature, breathing and more without wires.

Breast Pump: Elvie – wireless + soundless.

Bottles: Comotomo – closest thing to a breast nipple + won’t break when dropped.

Health + Safety Items: Frieda Baby

Bouncer: Bloom – 3 in 1 bouncer and not an eye sore.

Napping + Relaxing: Dockatot

Are there any brands or products that you swear by or couldn’t live without?  We’d love to know!  We’re 32 weeks today and counting down the days until we get to meet our little – I have a feeling these next 8 weeks are going to FLY by!

Thanks so much for stopping by, X.

We loved our comotomo bottles, but also loved Tommee Tippee which is also shaped and feel like the breast. It’s nice to have 2 types on hand just in case. My only other must have was the brestfriend pillow for nursing. GAMECHANGER.

Dockatot should only be used for napping if you are there, supervising the whole time. Babies have rolled out at very young ages. The Dockatot is more safe to use as a lounger, not for sleep.
